Easy Facility Services had run a facility-management business for over eleven years — and like many established companies, the systems hadn't kept up with the growth. Clients, quotations, invoices, employee records, and accounts each lived in different places. Nothing talked to each other, work was duplicated, and no one had a single, reliable view of the business.
They didn't need another disconnected app. They needed one system that understood how a facility-management company actually operates — from winning a client to deploying field staff to getting paid — and held all of it together.

We started by learning how the business genuinely runs day to day, then built an ERP shaped around it rather than forcing their work into a generic template. Because we run our own operations on software we build, we understood the real-world stakes of every decision — this had to be reliable enough to run payroll and invoicing on, every day.
